PT Aide Training Stretches and Mobility This section includes common stretches for the entire body as well as mobility exercises for increasing range of motion. Spine and Core This section includes exercises for core strengthening and mobility of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar areas of the spine. Upper Extremity This section includes exercises for the upper body including the shoulder, wrist and forearm as well as strengthening of the shoulder complex. Lower Extremity This section includes exercises for the lower body including the hip, knee and ankle as well as common balance exercises.
