Employer Services Specialist
We’re looking for a dynamic, self-starter with leadership qualities and interest to facilitate PTSMC’s Employer Services program. The Employer Services Specialist works closely with companies in manufacturing, industry and public service sectors to ensure employee health and safety. This is a growing program with opportunity to lead the organization in this area.
This full or part-time position is open to Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists with ability to work autonomously to provide ergonomic and rehabilitative services for our clients
- Establishing and servicing on-site employer service contracts
- Fulfill the continuum of employer services including injury prevention and education, ergonomic assessments, injury triage and care for the industrial athlete.
- Perform job-site analysis and assessments to identify potential injury risks and collaborate with local management in addressing these factors.

Our Administrative Office located in West Hartford, CT is looking for a Data Analyst.
This role will support leadership staff of a privately owned outpatient physical therapy organization by leading the development of a multi-tier analytics platform. Additionally, the Data Analyst will develop reporting and dashboard capabilities through use of Business Analytics software to support business operations and organizational growth. This position will monitor performance and quality of database operations and analyze output data to identify operational improvements.
Candidates will have outstanding analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate reporting information. Previous experience in developing dashboards and data portals preferred.

Rapidly growing and progressive physical therapy organization with 29 clinics throughout Connecticut is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive leadership team
- Maintain executives’ schedules
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating events, meetings and conference calls
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Initiate processes to make the executive staff workflow better and more productive
- Supervise Administrative support staff
- Type projects, proposals and general correspondence as needed
The ideal candidate will highly organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Excel and presentation software. Previous EMR and billings & collections experience a plus.

Hours include evenings. Availability to work year-round is required. We are looking for outgoing, dependable individuals to assist in the delivery of quality patient care under the direct supervision of a physical therapist while also maintaining a clean work environment. Exercise science background and/or prior PT Aide experience preferred.
