Very professional crew- Both the therapists and the assistants are great. Very focused on all building both strength and flexibility. Exercises escalate as your injury allows. Highly recommend.

Their billing is a scam — a total lack of transparency. When I first arrived, I was told the cost for initial visit and evaluation was $130. The second visit was initially billed at $100. A few weeks later I get an additional bill for $62.63. When I called for an explanation, I was told the initial price they charge is just an estimate, and the actual cost is determined by the services the PT provides and my insurance company — and that this is explained in the initial paperwork.The billing specialist I spoke to also told me that the real charge was in excess of $470 based on services provided, but that was reduced by the insurance company. At no time did I receive an itemized bill explaining the costs of these supposed “services rendered.” Nor did the billing specialist I spoke to explain where she got the $470 she quoted when the total on the bill they sent me was $292 Reduced from $375. (Incidentally, my wife — who has the same insurance — was charged an entirely different amount for the same initial evaluation appointment.)It would be like buying a TV and being told the price may be $500, but you may also get a bill for some unspecified amount later on with no explanation of the extra charges.They offer no transparency about the services they supposedly performed or what those services cost, and when asked for an explanation seem content to blame it on the insurance company rather than their own poor customer service.

I have received excellent care from the well trained staff of physical therapists. The treatments that I have received have been very effective in accelerating my recovery from knee surgery. The facility is clean and modern and conveniently located. I highly recommend this to anyone looking from relief from and injury or surgery.

This is #1 Best Physical therapy place Every ! I Been coming here on and off for Years! For injury's Every time I leave Finish my Final PT visit I am 100 percent . The entire staff is wonderful caring very knowledgeable. Even women in front are Friendly. Have a injury back problem , leg, hip shoulder neck .or pulled something. I promise you go to physical therapy & Sports Medicine I Promise You this will be the place you will always go to!!! My Favorite There Amazing !

PTSMC-Guilford is simply superb in their expertise and "human touch". I had strong hip/leg muscle stiffness along with a slowly recovering ankle sprain that, together, resulted in very poor walking. After only two sessions (along with prescribed exercises) so far, the improvement has been wonderful. I have no doubt that their work has accelerated my recovery and will continue to do so. PTSMC-Guilford was strongly recommended to me by friends and I would not hesitate to do the same.

The entire staff at PTSMC in Guilford is very friendly and helpful. The PTs are all very knowledgeable and care about their patients. I worked with Sue, who took the time to figure out what was going on with me and how to fix it, even though I could be a bit of a "puzzle" at times. I walked out of there feeling better after every session. I learned a lot about my body and the exercises that I need to do if my pain returns. I thought I was going to hate PT, but I ended up loving it.

After a serious knee injury, PTSMC gave me back my mobility in just 7 sessions, much sooner and more completely than I had even dreamed possible. Skilled, dedicated, and always good-humored--which really helps the medicine go down!--I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been treated for several years for back pain by the talented Physical Therapists at Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine and for the last 7 months for a serious quad/knee surgery. Their analysis of my issues has been spot on, exceeded only by the thoughtful and effective treatment plans which have helped me to be able to referee over 100 soccer games a year at an age where most referees have hung up their whistles. They are caring and understanding and provide a wonderful healing experience. They have had a huge positive impact on my life and you cannot go wrong by choosing them to help you!
