Winter storm update
STORM UPDATE: Due to the snowstorm, some PTSMC and PT For Life clinics will have delayed openings or early closures on Thursday, February 18 and Friday, February 19. If you have an appointment this week, please do not hesitate to reach out to your local clinic with questions or concerns.
 
Remember, if you are unable to make it into the clinic, we offer Telehealth PT to help you continue your treatment at home. You can learn more about our Telehealth services and request an appointment here.
 
PTSMC delayed opening and/or early closures are as follows:
 
New Haven (Prince St. location): Closing at 4pm on Thursday, open regular hours (7am) on Friday
