When not treating patients, Kendra can be found enjoying a number of different outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, running, biking, skiing and rowing, as well as reading, cooking/baking, brewing her own beer and spending time with her three dogs, Eli, Tilly and Baxter. She rowed during her undergraduate program at the University of Vermont, and then worked with an adaptive rowing program during grad school at the University of Delaware. A lover of health and fitness activities, Kendra ran the NYC marathon in 2019 with “Fred’s Team,” raising money for research for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She has been involved in research on post-traumatic osteoarthritis following ACL repair since 2016 and even presented at the last two national CSM conferences.
