Physical Therapist

PTSMC is growing! Our Westbrook location is seeking a full-time physical therapist and our Southbury and Waterbury clinics are seeking part-time physical therapists to join their clinical teams.

Our practice provides employees the opportunity to work closely with and learn from an experienced staff with diverse backgrounds in a number of specialty areas, including adjunct PT school faculty. Our therapists are provided with support and opportunities to develop specialty programs in their areas of interest. Practice Liaison

PTSMC is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Full-Time Practice Liaison. This business development role is for the high energy individual.  Ideal applicant will have 3+ years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably in the health care services field.  The majority of activities will be direct contact with physicians, office managers, and front desk staff.  Position requires daily travel between referral source and clinic locations. Base pay with highly competitive bonus program offered.

Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Self-initiative with a professional and confident demeanor
Ability to work independently as well as build and inspire teams for successful goal achievement

Patient Services Coordinator

Our Southington clinic has a full-time opening and our Branford and Groton clinics have part-time openings for a Patient Services Coordinator.

We’re looking for a personable, highly-motivated individual with a friendly, professional demeanor. Customer service experience, along with excellent computer skills are a must! Prior medical office experience preferred.

Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator role provides high-level administrative support to the leadership team in our Administrative Office.  This position works closely with Operations, Business Development and Human Resources.  Responsibilities include: preparing and formatting reports and/or presentation material, assisting with projects to support the organization, event planning and execution, preparing and distributing materials for meetings and managing multiple calendars. Offers great exposure/entry to business world.

The ideal candidate is: Proactive, independent, adaptable, resourceful, organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, a finisher!

Experience in a similar role and a wiz with Microsoft office suite required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Therapy Aide (part-time)

Our GrotonNew Haven, WaterburyWatertown and Westbrook clinics have openings for part-time Physical Therapy Aide positions. Hours include evenings. Availability to work year-round is required.

We are looking for outgoing, dependable individuals to assist in the delivery of quality patient care under the direct supervision of a physical therapist while also maintaining a clean work environment. Exercise science background and/or prior PT Aide experience preferred.
