PTSMC is growing! Our Naugatuck and New Milford clinics are currently seeking full-time physical therapists to join their clinical teams.

Our practice provides employees the opportunity to work closely with and learn from an experienced staff with diverse backgrounds in a number of specialty areas, including adjunct PT school faculty. Our therapists are provided with support and opportunities to develop specialty programs in their areas of interest. Director of Payer Relations

This business role oversees all Payer contracting and relationships for our 22 clinics with the focus on improving revenue for the services provided. The ideal applicant will have 5+ years of experience with payer relations and/or provider network management, contract negotiation and revenue cycle management.

Practice Liaison

The Practice Liaison focuses on increasing referrals through relationship management with physicians for a growing and progressive multi-clinic private practice Physical Therapy organization. This business development role requires a high energy individual who excels at building, establishing and cultivating relationships with physicians and their staff to educate and promote physical therapy services in alignment with our company brand and marketing goals. Territory coverage includes Fairfield county, New Haven county and Southern Litchfield county.

Patient Services Coordinator

Our New Haven clinic is looking for a part-time evening Patient Services Coordinator. Our East Hampton,  Newingtonand Windsor clinics are looking for full-time Patient Services Coordinators.

We’re looking for personable, highly-motivated individuals with a friendly, professional demeanor. Prior customer service experience, along with excellent organizational skills and a high level of computer proficiency are a must! Prior medical office experience in a front office role preferred.

Physical Therapy Aide (part-time)

Our Avon, Essex, Middletown, Orange, Plainville, Watertown, and Westbrook clinics have openings for part-time Physical Therapy Aide positions. Hours include evenings. Availability to work year-round is required.

We are looking for outgoing, dependable individuals to assist in the delivery of quality patient care under the direct supervision of a physical therapist while also maintaining a clean work environment. Exercise science background and/or prior PT Aide experience preferred.
