Shelby Howe, is a certified Exercise Science Professional, Personal Trainer, Ironman Coach and Transitional Rehabilitation Specialist. Shelby is motivated by helping others reach their fitness goals, whether it’s recovering from an injury, increasing strength or maintaining good health.
