Own & Operate Your Own Clinic!
Informational Webinar with PTSMC’s V.P. of Business Development
Learn more about how you can start down the path towards partnership and owning your own clinic, as well as the benefits of being a PTSMC partner and the support our partners receive in this webinar with PTSMC’s VP of Business Development, Mike Durand.
What do you mean by 'Partner'?
A PTSMC Partner is a clinician with an ownership stake in their own clinic. Partners have the opportunity to operate their clinic autonomously, with their own staff, while also benefitting from the support of PTSMC’s administrative team.
What kind of administrative support to Partners receive?
PTSMC’s administrative team takes care of your staffing, including hiring and payment, insurance and payer relations, marketing and web, and budgeting. This gives you and your staff to focus on the most important thing: excellent patient care!
What is the Pathway to Partnership?
For Physical Therapists with clinical experience, the pathway to partnership involves some preliminary meetings with PTSMC leadership and time spent working in a PTSMC clinic. Typically the timeframe from hiring to opening your own clinic is around one year.
I'm a recent DPT graduate who is motivated to operate my own clinic. Are there opportunities for me?
YES! Our industry-leading Orthopedic Residency Program offers a clear path to partnership. Residents participate in the program while working at a PTSMC clinic. They then participate in our Leadership and Management Development (LMDP) group to learn leadership skills that are directly related to Partnership. After completing these programs, PTs are eligible for Partnership – and PTSMC leaders are always open and available for that conversation!
