About Mallory
In her role as Director of Culture & Engagement, Mallory wears many hats. Her main objective is to raise and maintain employee engagement levels to improve PTSMC from the inside out. Mallory also coordinates organizational events and initiatives, the PTSMC Wellness Program, and continuing education for clinicians through the PTSMC Clinical Excellence Program. Mallory works daily to ensure communication is open and the technology to support communication is available to all employees. She continually has a pulse on what is happening within the organization.

Mallory played 4 years of D1 field hockey for the University of Louisville before joining PTSMC. In her free time, she loves traveling, reading, keeping up with fashion, watching field hockey and running/working out. Above all, Mallory loves spending time with her family and friends.
