Our virtual strength and conditioning program is designed to help people of all fitness levels achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall health. This program provides structured workout plans that are designed by Physical Therapists and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and tailored to the your  unique goals and abilities. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply want to boost your fitness, our sessions focus on safe, effective movements that promote muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Joining our virtual program offers multiple benefits. It eliminates the need for scheduled one on one time with a trainer, making it accessible and convenient to fit into any schedule. The virtual format ensures that participants still receive professional guidance, personalized modifications, and real-time feedback, so you never have to worry about sacrificing quality for convenience. Access to a gym is preferred but is not a requirement. Programs are designed to your personal goals and access to gym equipment whether that is a full gym or a few dumbbells at home

True Coach makes it easy to stay connected with your trainer and track your progress, making your fitness journey motivating and effective. The True Coach app offers round-the-clock messaging access to ensure you have support whenever you need it. Through the app, you can easily communicate with our team of Physical Therapists, ask questions, and receive prompt feedback.

The app also features a commenting function, allowing you to discuss exercises and provide feedback on how you felt after your session. Additionally, you can upload videos and photos of your exercises for expert review, ensuring that your form is correct and that you’re on track with your program. This combination of support, interactivity, and visual feedback makes it easy to stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals.
