About Marilex
Marilex’s role is to lead diversity, equity and inclusion at PTSMC by recommending new initiatives, guiding implementation and providing education. From policy review, to training, to facilitating open forums, she continuously connects with employees to ensure PTSMC provides an environment where each person can show up as themselves whether they are an employee or patient. Her objective is to ensure the PTSMC DEI Commitment Statement is upheld.
Outside of work, Marilex enjoys reading, staying active, gardening, and spending time with her friends, her husband, and her daughter.
