Outside of the clinic…
When she’s not treating patients, Sara loves and appreciates being out in nature. Exploring bike trails in New England with her husband is one of her favorite ways to enjoy the outdoors. She also loves to dance! She was a trained dancer for twenty years, performed on several Arena Football dance teams, and was a ballroom dance teacher. It’s her favorite way to let go, have fun, and move. Her dance background is what led her into the fitness industry, and then ultimately, the physical therapy profession. Her joy for moving her body and savoring life’s adventures is why she’s so committed to helping others do the same.
