PT+Plus Transitional Rehabilitation:
The Next Step in Your Health & Fitness
I’ve Finished My PT Program…Now What?
If you’ve recently completed your current course of physical therapy treatment and want to return to activity without fear of re-injury, PTSMC Newington’s PT+Plus Transitional Rehabilitation is for you!
Whether overcoming a major injury or dealing with a recurring problem, Physical Therapy is a vital part of getting you back to your daily life. Still, PT benefits do not always cover a full return to recreational activities or advancement beyond your original level of function.
Transitional Rehabilitation bridges the gap between the point of completing your physical therapy program and a full return to activity.

Christina Mogelnicki is an experienced Physical Therapist at PTSMC Newington who brings her passion for helping patients feel and move better to her transitional rehab work. In working one-on-one with clients, Christina assesses needs, imbalances and areas of weakness, helps to clarify health and fitness goals and then works with each client to create a fitness program that is tailored specifically to the goals of each individual. Christina guides each client through their individualized program, using each session to build upon the last to move patients from recovery back to full activity, and to help others reach short and long-term fitness goals. In her free time, Christina enjoys health and fitness activities, especially outdoor sporting activities such as playing and coaching tennis. She also enjoys DIY projects and spending time with family and friends.
