Great facility and staff to get you back doing what you want to do

I entered physical therapy in January of this year for a broken foot from Sept 26, 2024 at 11:30 am. 4 months in a non walking cast and boot, you loose your ability too do a simple task as too wiggle your toes. My therapist was Daniel a young man compared to me, I’m 70. He showed compassion and respect even on days of my frustration that I certainly took out on him. His constant composure with the tenacity of a seasoned therapist, he was always a 10. His encouragement during each visit gave me motivation to return to the next visit and try to accomplish more. Daniel’s motivation with skilled physical therapy techniques has allowed me to walk again.Today is Oct. 14, 2025 I said goodbye to Daniel and the stellar staff that compliments PTSM.

First time doing PT. Kara was patient, kind, and knowledgeable.

Really impressed with the communication and professionalism shown by this group. From the therapist, to the front desk, to the patient services coordinator… everyone is helpful and goes above and beyond

I have been going to this place for two plus weeks and so far I have made good progress with the pain and getting relief from this pain. I enjoy the hours that they provide for working people because most of the PT places I looked up didn't have any hours that worked for my hours of work.

My experience at Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) was AMAZING. The entire staff at PTSMC were so friendly and professional. Kaitlyn, my physical therapist, was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated in a way so I could understand everything. She developed a therapy plan that resulted in great results. The assistant PT’s were also very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you ALL for an incredible experience.

If you are looking for PT that will make a difference in your recovery this is the place to be. They are welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable about how to make your recovery go smooth!

I’ve never had PT before so I was really nervous going in. The entire staff (not just the therapists) at PTSMC were so friendly, professional and informative they immediately eased my concerns. Olivia, pay PT, was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated on a level I understood. She developed a therapy plan that resulted in immediate results. The assistant PT’s were also very knowledgeable and caring. All I can say is this was an incredible experience and PTSMC at Windsor, CT deserves 10 stars!

Efficient, professional, and compassionate care. Easy acc, plenty of parking

This was my first time going to physical therapy and I was a bit anxious. The staff and facilities here are outstanding. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have worked with me to customize my recovery and I have really enjoyed seeing my progress during each visit. Kudos to the team and I will continue to recommend your center to everyone I can.

Just brilliant. My PT knows what he’s doing.

The rehab team could not be any better and more reassuring than any other rehab I have been to. This was my second time for rehab at this facility, once for my shoulder and once now for my ankle. They are very supportive, full of information, and willing to help. They take their time to teach you to understand what is happening and what is going to happen. It is are a great place to go when you need help from rehab. They will get you through it!

I love this physical therapy center! I have MS and other health issues and have been to many PT centers over the years. No other facility has been able to accomplish what Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center has done for me! Highly recommend!!
