I received an ankle arthroscopy January 9th, 2025 and was non-weight bearing when I started my journey with Dr. Emily Steele roughly 4 weeks after my operation. Emily is a one-of-a-kind therapist. She provided thorough and challenging exercises for me to perform in the center and at home. She took time to explain how each exercise would strengthen my ankle and foot, improve my range of motion, and level-up my performance. She is kind, patient and always optimistic. I am so grateful to PTSMC for providing me with the tools I needed to regain not only my strength, but my confidence. I cannot recommend them enough (especially Dr. Emily Steele).

Nobody really wants to have to go to physical therapy, but Kasey and her team were fantastic in helping me return to working out after I had shoulder surgery.

They were all very friendly and always in a good mood, despite the early mornings.

I am very thankful to have given physical therapy a 2nd try. I had a shoulder injury and Kasey was able to put together a program that I had to follow and within 2 months I was able to push a button, chop an onion or push a door open without any pain. As a personal trainer I highly recommend this amazing team. I a firm believer in physical therapy and a forever client here.

Kasey was recommend by a fellew golfer. So glad I went to see her- she's an excellent therapist. Her listening skills are terrific, and her instructions are clear and easy for even me to follow. I felt the improvement and pain relief almost immediatly. She's prompt, professional and pleasant. The treatment area is clean and easy to get to. My wife is going to start, as soon as she's cleared by her doctor, based on my great results. Highly recommend!

Staff are caring and knowledgeable, and my treatments have been very effective. The facility is bright and airy. Everything is kept meticulously clean, including regular sanitizing of the equipment. A first class operation

Kasey and the entire team are friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is very clean. I went there for four months while I dealt with multiple running-related injuries and despite several setbacks, Kasey never gave up and helped me get back to running. I have completed two rounds of physical therapy treatment with Kasey Adinolfi at Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers Wethersfield and could not speak more highly of the outstanding treatment provided. Both times I was experiencing pain without being able to locate the source. I accepted the discomfort, incorrectly assuming it would improve with time. Kasey quickly performed an assessment to determine the cause of the pain and developed a physical therapy plan, involving work to do inside the center and at home, that had me feeling better in a short period of time. I couldn't have addressed the issue without her. The center is clean, modern, welcoming, and highly professional. I highly recommend it!

i am 58 years old
i had my knee and both hips replaced within 16 months of each other a year after my last surgery i was still in a lot of pain and still walking with a cane and parking in handicap parking spaces
i wasn’t healing properly and my muscles were very weak and getting weaker
i went to 3 separate physical therapist
some were very aggressive and made my pain worst the other not aggressive enough and was a waste of time.
i was at my wits end and was starting to come to believe that i would be walking with a cane for the rest of my life after sitting around doing nothing i started feeling sorry for myself my doctor pretty much wrote me off all he could do for me is prescribe meds i decided to try PT one more time
i chose PTSM only because they were close to my home
the whole staff was great they were very professional and seemed to actually care after only a few weeks I started to feel a little stronger It’s been about six weeks now, and I am so happy to say that after 3 long years i am no longer using a cane and i do not need to park in handicap parking spots anymore
they literally got me back on my feet i am so happy that i found them
after feeling so defeated for so many years
i feel like PTSM is giving me my life back

Kasey Adinolfi and her staff in Wethersfield are stellar! The facility is immaculate, everyone is incredibly professional and the depth of knowledge that Kasey has is unique. I am so happy to be treating post-surgery at such a top-notch facility.

I went here for PT on my neck after experiencing nerve pain and feel much better now! They are friendly, professional, and quite good at what they do. Booking appointments was also easy - Rachel is amazing!
