I have been a client for over a year and find Physical Sports and Therapy to be extremely professional in their approach and treatment. The staff is great and everyone is so friendly. My therapy is definitely done and tailored to my needs and is helping me recover from a recent surgery. I recommend them very highly!!

Everyone at PTSMC is super helpful, friendly, and compassionate, but at the same time extremely knowledgeable and professional. Rachel in particular is an extraodinary physical therapist and was able to pinpoint the exact type of exercises I needed to essentially eliminate my pain entirely (for the two different reasons I went there). Highly recommend!

I am short on words but long on praise for PT&SM, My wife and I have been treated here for various sports injuries and pains for about two decades. The PT staff and the front desk are the best. Not only is my pain treated but I am shown how to prevent future injuries.

Very knowledgeable and professional.

I look forward to my PT sessions at PT&SM. From the time I enter the reception area until I leave, it is a positive experience.
I'm greeted by name by the smiling ladies who check me in.
MY session starts with having heat applied to the area that will be worked. I'm asked if I have any concerns or discomfort from the previous session.
It then proceeds to some passive stretching, and then onto lying and standing exercises.Then the session is over. I'm encouraged to work on exercises at home.
I haven't mentioned any of the staff by name, because I don't want to forget anyone. The PT staff is knowledgeable, and explain the purpose of all the exercises.
The facility is clean,and bright. The staff all work well together.

Amazing place! The atmosphere is so positive and the staff get along so well with each other. After sustaining an ankle fracture requiring surgery, when it came time to pick a Physical Therapy place I could not have picked any better. I had Erik Schmitt as my Physical Therapist and Mariah Rasmussen as my PTA. I hit the jackpot! Both were so knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive. Without their expertise and dedication to their patients I would not have had such a successful recovery. The support staff from the front desk to the aides made you feel like you were cared for. Look no further - this is the place to be seen! I cannot thank them enough!

As I get older I have become more sceptical of new places. However this was not the case at PTSMC. When I went to make the first appointment I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. I was given an appointment within my time group. I had Brittany assigned to my case. She was very thorough, professional and friendly. Right away I felt she was well trained in her field. The second appointment we started working on my knee. At various times other staff members would assist;heat wraps ,ice , cleaning ect. So far I am very impressed. Alex

I guess I can't say enough good about these guys. This is my second procedure that required PT, the first one was cut and dry and went well, this time I had a few setbacks and I was glad to be going to PTSMC in Westbrook. I have found all of the staff members to be very professional and friendly, especially Madison who developed my plan and guides my progress weekly with excellent results. Scheduling sessions is very easy and convenient with phone prompted reminders. The facility is very clean and all the equipment works well and is up to date.

Excellent PT experience in a great facility with professional, skilled, and kind therapists.

My doctor's referral to this facility was probably one of the best things that could have happened for me. Spasms in my lower back and hip was efficiently diagnosed as a QL injury. A regimen of exercises and massage therapy resolved the issue and had me back to normal in short order. Jackie was my main therapist, but others pitched in making treatment truly collaborative and upbeat. Highly, recommended.

This is the first time I ever had to go to PT. The whole staff there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They work with you one on one to make sure you’re getting the best results I went twice a week for one month and my pain is completely gone. I would recommend PTSMC for anyone with an injury..

Friendly folks, relaxed atmosphere. Best of all after just 2 sessions of therapy with Madison my stiff, painful neck problems disappeared !!

This facility was recommended by several friends and following my own knee replacement, I found the staff and the facility to be just what I was looking for. The staff is wonderful and the professional and friendly environment is first rate. I worked with multiple PT's and PT Assistants and every one was attentive and knowledgeable. It's 8 weeks and I'm back to my regular activities for the most part. I highly recommend them!

The staff is courteous, informative and knowledgeable. They made it easy to understand not only the exercises and the dangers of making the wrong moves. I had reverse shoulder replacement and I am aware that therapy will take time if I work on it, not only with the Therapist but on a daily basis at home.
