My 10 recommendation comes quickly. The staff are cordial, people who greet you with a pleasant inquiry and concern. They go out of their way to help me. Whether it is an appointment change or planning a move to help me move beyond my problem or encouragement to help with a hard task, they were there with me. Briana is always ready to explain or find new help as was Erin. This attitude starts at the top More than once I have recommended them. I am fortunate to have found them.

This place is awesome great customer service very clean facility and is great with my recovery process. They have been encouraging me thru my whole process am gonna miss them when my time is up

Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The atmosphere is very positive and encouraging to the clients. I have one therapist (with the assistants) who customized a rehab plan to meet my individual needs. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Great place to rehab. I went through shoulder replacements and now a knee replacement here and have ended up having great pain free functionality. I would highly recommend.

The entire team at Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center, located on West Main Street, Waterbury, CT is an excellent example of what going to physical therapy is truly about. They are a very well-organized office whose employees all work together as one team to achieve the same goal: ensure the patient returns to their normal level of mobility. All therapists are extremely knowledgeable in their field of work and always willing to answer any question you may have. The administrative assistant is well-versed in multi-tasking and always with a pleasant demeanor. The combination of all these factors certainly makes you achieve the results you are aiming for.

PTSMC Waterbury is a wonderful practice for physical rehabilitation. I started with an extremely painful frozen shoulder and my therapist designed a plan of care and exercise that were stellar. The same for a back injury I was suffering from shortly after my shoulder was 95% healed. I am now completely healed and have regained full mobility without pain. The key is to keep following the recommendations and exercises. The staff are fantastic-knowledgeable, professional, and caring.

I had a surgical procedure done on my shoulder and my Doctor recommended me to Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center located at 1211 West Main Street in Waterbury. I am very happy with the treatment I received so far, because I am feeling stronger and better every day. The team at PT&SMC Waterbury does great work. I have been to them multiple times and had great success each time. They always listen to what I am trying to fix/get back to and get me to where I need to be. They are caring and very good at what they do. Highly recommend!

PTSMC -WATERBURY is a very welcoming place. The staff is very friendly and professional. The staff ensures that the patient is comfortable and ensurs that the patient's needs are met. Staff works with the patient with their individualized treatment plans so that the patient leaves the PTSMC feeling better and in less pain and able to return their regular exercise routine.
