Staff of Physical Therapy at Yale Health Center, 55 Lock Street, New Haven, CT are sincere, professional, and friendly. They themselves work as a teamwork. This is clearly reflected in the positive results of the patients. I strongly recommend this awesome team to anyone seeks perfection.

The PT staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The exercises they prescribed for my knees helped me regain much of the strength and mobility I have lost to osteoarthritis.

The PTSMC team is breathtakingly good: super intelligent, attentive, focused, empathic.

It is SO important to have human hands like theirs guiding your PT, human voices like theirs so patiently explaining how each exercise works.

I have had several opportunities for therapy at Gaylord and promote their services to anyone who will listen. Matt Scavo in North Haven has helped me recover from shoulder surgery in the past and is now helping with a different issue. Always supportive, expanding what I can do and encouraging additional growth. He and the entire staff are first rate. If you need PT, make an appt now.

Incredible place and amazing staff!! Terran Travis in particular is a miracle worker!! When I started at PTSMC I couldn't run more than 3-4 miles without significant pain or numbness I both feet, and after 4 months working with Terran and the team I ran my first marathon - something I didn't think was possible! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I work with Terran Travis and I'm very happy with his expertise in physical therapy. He made a clear step-by-step program to manage my condition. Through PTSMC I can use online sources for home training. Highly recommended!

Therapists at Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Centers at Yale Health are the best I have met. They are not only very knowledgeable, they also care very much about your well being. They offer solutions and very good care. The team has diagnosed and pinpointed some issues that I had in the most incredible way, suggesting specific care. I went back to my doctor and talked about this care plan, etc. Doctors work very closely with physical therapists. It's a good team and you feel that their goal is really you getting better, They also accommodate quite well the schedule. They are very busy and their agenda is full, yet, they find ways to make room for you, they text you if there is an opening, you just reply in the text message, it's very well organized. They also have an online portal through which you can see videos of the exercises you should do at home, and each time you go to the center, they update the exercises. At all times you see what you have to do and you also see your progress. Honestly, even if I am still in treatment, I feel so much relief thanks to them. I can only recommend them to everyone who needs physical therapy! I am very impressed by the office and the therapists.

PTSMC Lock Street New Haven has been a Godsend! My physical therapist, Alex, is extremely knowledgeable in regards to my therapy issues. She is fabulous to work with and explains everything that we are doing. I feel very confident in her hands. The attitude of everyone in that office is fantastic. I actually enjoying going to PT.
