I rate PTSMC at the top, as what a physical therapy clinic should be. I love the atmosphere, from the smiles to the music. It shows that Nick and all the staff love what they do because they are friendly and welcoming.They know therapy and work with you on what you need. This is why their schedule fills up fast. So plan ahead and schedule out ahead of time.

I wanted to come to this PT location due to so many fantastic things I have heard. Unfortunately, although I have Medicare they don't accept the supplemtary insurance. I called Medicare and the supplemtary and they both said that it's billed to Medicare only and didn't understand the concern with secondary. I am so disappointed in not being able to get PT from them.

Thank you for your response. I am new to Medicare and was told that if a provider accepts Medicare, I can go. I was confused and nervous that I would not be able to see doctors and providers so I spoke to someone else at Medicare and they requested a letter explaining why I was denied based on my secondary insurance. This way they can explain it to me. Thank you.

This facility is wonderful. Everyone from the ladies who check you in, to therapists and assistance are welcoming and kind. The place is bright and clean. I'm working with Colleen who really listens to my concerns. So glad I found them!!

Excellent facility, clean and well organized, it’s easy to find right on Main Street and plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly and at the same time very professional and caring. A special shout-out to Colleen at the New Milford branch.

I am in my UPPER 70's and had gone to a lot of PT places. But about 4 and 5 yrs ago I had my knees done. I chose PTSCNM. I felt so at home there. It is so clean, organized and friendly. You are treated like good friends there. I look forward to the full hour of treatment they give you! You can't come out of there without being a much happier person and not thinking about your pain. Knowledgeable professionals with fantastic communication skills

I can only comment on the New Milford facility, they pay close attention to who needs what, and without fail, direct me appropriately. I'm an athlete and luckily i have an athletic sort managing me. Yet, I can hear what's going on around me, and they're spot on no matter your background. Extraordinarily competent and able management, they have me progressing beautifully. Highly recommended.. and i'd have no issue sharing criticism. They're on their game!

I've been going to PTSMC for a few weeks now. I'm very impressed. They're friendly; I am greeted by everyone when I walk in. The gym is immaculate, and the equipment is in excellent condition. My therapist is Dan. He is great! Always mindful of what causes me pain and works to minimize it while still working to help me make progress. He always explains each exercise so I know why I'm doing it and how it will help me. He's attentive so I don't spend more than a few minutes after I finish my sets before he's back to set me up for the next exercise. I'm being treated for a back problem, and I'm making progress already in minimizing pain and improving function. The aides are also attentive and knowledgeable about the exercises. All Dan has to do is name an exercise, and the aides get me set up and working ( I work with Lexi most often). I've had to do a lot of physical therapy in my lifetime, and I'm very impressed with PTSMC. I highly recommend them.

Very proffessional and kind people.

Was referred by VA. Was not optimistic for positive results due to excruciating sciatic and back pain. Could not sit up In car. After completion of allotted sessions there is absolutely no pain without any medication.
Bryan and his great team are incredible, analyzing and setting up program. After just a few weeks the personal care is so evident! You feel wanted and valued. Thank you Bryan and your team!

Great Friendly knowledgable staff.

I have my therapy in Danielson. Everyone is friendly - Paul, Lisa and Cameron are very knowledgeable and encourage me. Melanie is always willing to help to schedule appointments that meet my schedule. I had a very pleasant experience.

A fantastic place all around. Everyone has professional expertise and is incredibly nice. You are immediately welcomed and treated like family every time you walk in. Couple that with an impressive range of credentials and experience and you have a truly unique combination. I can't say enough good things about the whole crew.

This place is great for physical therapy. They are very welcoming. Bryan, thank you for helping me strengthen my ankle. With your help now I can do what I love doing. Which is dancing. Loved this place.

Having had PT at other places I can honestly say that PTSMC New Milford stands far above the rest. The staff's expertise is obvious and they always make sure that clients understand the purpose of their exercises and treatments. Progress is carefully noted and tweaks are made as necessary to enhance success. And as an added bonus, the place has a true "feel good" vibe - everyone who works there is upbeat and positive which makes the PT experience a real pleasure. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Most "Hands On" I've experienced; no body just sits in a corner, while waiting for a therapist. There is no patient "down time." They are not over booked and understaffed as are many other places. I would recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy.

Everything was efficient, while being so friendly. All my needs were met with honest evaluation of what could be achieved. I left with a plan and program to follow. I was very pleased with all interactions with everyone.

A great place to do the daunting task of physical therapy. They warm you up and cool you down. Something I do not believe I have ever received anywhere else.They're very friendly and knowledgeable at what they do. I was feeling much better well before my authorized therapy sessions. I was comfortable with them discharging me and happy that they did not take advantage of my insurance company and make me come to all the appointments that I felt I did not need. Honesty and integrity are the words that come to mind. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere. Not that I look forward to physical therapy, but I will definitely looking forward to going back to Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Centers.

Excellent care and professionalism.

I went to the Putnam, CT facility for the third time for different reasons. I went after a shoulder replacement, after a knee replacement and now after a fall where I injured the replaced shoulder and my back. The technicians have always been very pleasant to work with. They always care about the patient and do everything they can to help to make them better. The staff are friendly also and make you feel like someone that needs their help not only like it is a job for them.

Super friendly, fun, and most importantly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I am an active hiker, getting ready to take a two-week hiking trip, covering 10 - 15 miles a day on average. I developed last month tendinitis of my right hamstring and started PT several weeks ago. I have already experienced excellent improvement and am hopeful I will be ready for the trip! The center and its people are highly professional, competent and unfailingly friendly, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for PT services. I have observed people across a variety of conditions and needs, with everyone having tailored, appropriate experiences for recovery. Dan has been my primary physical therapist, who is excellent, but the individuals in the group work very effectively as a team, pitching in as necessary.

Really amazing staff that works there. They were very friendly and knew just the right amount to push me in my rehab to help heal my injury. Michela is fantastic!!
