My therapist, Dave, first diagnosed my situation and then built a course of treatment. During the first few visits he assigned me exercises to relieve pain and improve flexibility. After achieving this milestone, we began a regimen of improving strength in the affected areas. I am very pleased with the results. I found their staff to be talented and very friendly.

Though skeptical at first, I was very impressed with the experience. I like to do PT on my own, in my own home, but spending time with these professionals is definitely a plus. Friendly, on time, and quite professional.

I’ve had an excellent experience so far at Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers in Guilford. Quinn has been excellent to work with from day one. He’s attentive, genuinely listens to my concerns, and asks the right questions that help get to the root of what’s going on. Every session feels purposeful and tailored to my needs.

What I appreciate most is his combination of professionalism and approachability. He explains things clearly, checks in often, and makes sure I’m progressing safely and confidently.

Highly recommend this location, and especially Quinn, for anyone looking for knowledgeable, patient-centered physical therapy.

All staff are friendly and caring. There is never a wait. Physical therapists are knowledgeable and caring. My pain improved in just 2 visits.

My local PT&SMC has been crucial to the return of the use of my arthritic shoulders. My therapist is so knowledgeable about how the body works and gave me appropriate exercises to make me feel whole again. The whole clinic is run professionally and I can see the concern the staff have for the rehabilitation of their clients. In a few words: knowledgeable therapists, professional practices, friendly and helpful staff. Top notch!

There is a wonderful staff at PTSMCG. The room is full of gently trained, compassionate professionals contributing to the recovery of your needs. I was afraid to go at age 75 for PT but am astounded by the progressing benefits as weeks go by. I finally can walk properly after a foot injury and boot. Hallelujah and thank you to the most kind and helpfully instructive pros that care.

Phenomenal therapists!

I have been treated two different times by two different staff members. Both were excellent therapists, obviously highly professional and experienced, and I benefited significantly from the treatments. The center itself is also in a good location and the space is pleasant.

Zac is an awesome PT therapist. It is easy to get an appointment at PTSMC and all the staff has been great.

I recently completed several months of therapy following an auto accident in December of 2024. I cannot say enough great things about the treatment I received. While Zach Currie was my primary therapist, everyone was available to--and did--pitch in when needed. I received excellent treatment; the entire staff, including the ladies at the front desk, was extremely competent, professional, pleasant, and probably most importantly, welcoming. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Maddie Stopkowski, who somehow had a knack for making the "grunt work" almost fun!
Although I sincerely hope that my days of needing physical therapy are behind me, I would recommend you in a heartbeat.

I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found Dave as my physical therapist. For years, I have struggled with chronic acute migraines that seemed impossible to manage. I had tried everything – countless pills, injections, and even Botox treatments, but nothing brought lasting relief. I was skeptical when I first went to see Dave, honestly, thinking it was just another attempt with little hope of success.

But after just one session with him, my entire perspective changed. Dave was able to quickly identify the underlying cause of my migraines and immediately began treating it. The results were remarkable – after that first session, I noticed a significant reduction in the frequency and intensity of my migraines. It felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

What stands out the most about Dave is his approach. He is incredibly attentive, always listening to my symptoms, and adjusting the treatment based on what my body needs. He truly takes the time to understand and tailor each session to my progress, making me feel cared for and heard.

Thanks to Dave, my quality of life has improved dramatically. I’m finally able to live without the constant burden of migraines, and I can't thank him enough for that. His expertise, compassion, and commitment to my well-being have made all the difference, and I’m incredibly grateful to be treated by him.

I went from being highly skeptical that my contracted finger ligament could be relaxed/straightened to being very optimistic. By my 7-week dr followup, it will be back to near normal.
