Was referred here to help with a recurring knee injury. Mike was incredibly thorough in examining my knee, and created a progressive exercise plan to get me back to 100%. I have so much more confidence in my knee and am so grateful to Mike for all of the help!

I had a great experience for rehabbing my knee after full knee replacement. I hit my personal goal of getting back to playing mens league hockey. I highly recommend physical Therapy And Sports Medicine Center, Glastonbury. My physical therapist was Rebecca and I highly recommend her. Everyone at this location was fantastic.

Brian Greer was incredibly helpful. I went in with persistent shoulder pain and saw real improvement within a couple of months. The treatment was personalized and professional, and Brian was knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and address any concerns. I’m very grateful to him and his team for all their help.

Brian and the team at PTSMC Glastonbury are incredible. I was in a rough spot with some back issues at the end of 2025 and ended up running Boston with a PR 3 months later. Honestly, a few months prior I was not sure I would even make the starting line. Brian takes the time to explain technique as well as reason for exercise. I always left PT feeling as though I got a good solid session in. We went over and did enough exercises where I had a plethora to do at home as well. Also, if needed, a nice perk is getting dry needling done during the PT session (not having to make another appt). Thank you Brian and PTSMC!!!

I’ve been to several different PT groups, and this is by far the best. I was at their Glastonbury facility and Rebecca Ferlazzo was my therapist. I recommend her highly. The whole practice is well organized, from booking appointments to the actual therapy. You don’t waste a moment during your appointment, but are engaged in different exercises throughout. The exercises and support were extremely effective for my issues. If I need physical therapy in the future, I’ll definitely return to this group.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Glastonbury PTSMC. All of the staff from front desk to the floor were a pleasure to interact with. I worked with Mike P and from the very beginning, he went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for in a physical therapist. He is incredibly kind, thoughtful, intelligent, and something that stood out was how much he takes the time to teach and make sure you understand your body and your recovery. Mike made me feel comfortable and supported from the start. He listens, he cares, and you can tell he genuinely wants the best outcome for the people he works with. On top of that, we had a lot of fun chatting about life! He is one of those rare providers who is not only excellent at what he does, but also an exceptional human being. GPTSMC has some amazing staff and Mike is truly a gem. I’m grateful to have worked with him and I will return if the need ever arises. Im so happy with Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Centers in Glastonbury, CT! My PT therapist is amazing and so is the rest of the support staff. Extremely knowledgeable, competent and kind is the best way to describe the great staff. They have a great upbeat attitude and make it a fun place to do PT! I also like thier emphasis on getting back to not only improvement and also to be able to do sports activities as well.

Amazing staff and environment! Spent 4 months post op rehabbing shoulder surgery and it was the best PT experience I’ve ever had. Always had plenty of one on one time with the physical therapist as their only patient and then would finish my exercises with the aids who were all wonderful! Such a positive environment, very clean and up to date, with a wide variety of tools/exercises. Hoping to never need to go back but definitely would- 10/10 recommend.

My physical therapist Becca was absolutely amazing. I went in with my dominant arm not able to bare weight with very limited mobility, and severe neck pain after a car accident. Over the last few months Becca has helped me feel like myself again. I always felt heard about any concerns I was having, or pain I'd experience at home or work. Besides Becca, the entire staff is so friendly. I have always felt a warm welcoming presence. I am thrilled to be done with ot, however I will miss Becca and everyone's friendly faces!

I received wonderful care due to an excellent treatment plan for my sprained ankle at Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers. Jeff and Brian did a tremendous job working with me along with setting me up with a regimen of home exercises to help my ankle to continually improve. Actually, no need to repeat overall 5* review since everything is 5*! Jeff is a real star, scheduling is 5*, onboarding including communication with an insurance company is 5 * - thank you Camille! Clean, welcoming facility, great personnel, convenient parking. etc. My back & neck are getting alive after each training session. Thank you all for making our life better!

The PTSMC Glastonbury team is fantastic. I've enjoyed my appointments and appreciated their skill and expertise. Becca was always on-time, knowledgeable, and an all-around excellent physical therapist. Along with Becca, others on the team, including Camille, Mike, Jeff, and Carlos helped make the PT experience cheerful and welcoming. I highly recommend for any physical therapy needs. Happy to be pain-free and have a returned range of motion!

I’m absolutely sure that the environment matters—a lot. I felt very comfortable in this place. What a great team you have! From the receptionist to the cleaning staff, the manager, the therapists, the students—the entire space is so welcoming. Everyone there offers excellent service. The kindness and willingness to help are truly a 10 out of 10. The peace and calm you feel there is incredible. If I ever need therapy again, I would definitely choose this place.
