My Physical Therapist was very helpful. During our session he provided privacy and clear communication. We created a plan for my specific needs. It has been working and I’m having less pain. I would highly recommend this Physical Therapy Center.

Alyssa is a first class therapist. She listens well and builds a set of exercises based on the doctor's notes and my input. No cookie cutter nonsense here. From the first phone call, and the helpful attitude of the scheduler and billing department, I felt like this place lived up to the 5 star reviews. My PT with Cody has been 5 star as well. He is careful and confident in assessment and treatment. He is careful and clear with directions and answering questions. My pain has decreased and I am able to walk without a cane. I feel confident that I will recover from this round of hip bursitis.

I have since moved to Florida but when I recently came up on business I saw Todd again. He’s fantastic. After a traumatic birth he helped me get moving again, and I have nothing but good things to say about his methods. Having now seen quite a few other physical therapists down here trying to find one even remotely as good as Todd I can say this is the easiest five star review I’ve ever written. I’m not sure why g**gle took down my last one but hopefully this one stays up!

I really thought I would have to live with the pain in my shoulder forever. After several weeks of PT I can say the pain has subsided significantly! I highly recommend this physical therapy group.

I went to Physical Therapy with both Tyler and Todd to heal from reverse shoulder replacement! Within 6 months post op I had totaly range of motion!!! Best physical therapist EVER!

Tyler assisted with my care in a very positive manner and I improved greatly! Tyler, payed attention to every exercise that I did to make sure that I was performing it correctly, which in turn improved my injury. Cody was also very helpful. I highly recommend this facility for your physical therapy needs.

The staff at the East Hampton branch of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine goes above and beyond to make patients comfortable and aware of the treatment they will be receiving. They are all very polite and make you feel at home. I am glad I choose them for PT for knee replacement.

PSTM is the best! I have worked with Alyssa, Todd, Tyler and Jake especially. Tood, Cody and everyone there are so friendly and VERY professional. Randy at the front desk is always nice and proactive on following up on appointments. Their professionalism , deep understanding, and attention to detail of our issues are remarkable. I first worked with Alyssa in 2017 for my ankle and she got me walking normally just in a few weeks. Then my daughter (9) was treated by Alyssa for a foot issue in 2021. We only had a few sessions and my daughter was back to normal. Then my son (11) had a small injury from soccer. Jake did great work there and Tyler also provided all the guidance. My son felt great after a few visits. Now I am back in PTSM for a neck and shoulder issue. Working with Jame. I have no doubt about the outcome soon. THANK YOU PTSM!

PTSM is professional all around and Todd, Alyssa and Tyler are friendly to all patients and family members. Their knowledge and expertise has helped both of my teenagers with their injuries over the past 2 years. I would highly recommend PTSM to anyone that needs therapy!

I went for PT on my own after breaking my wrist. The surgeon felt the healing was going well, but I thought I had a lot of swelling which really was scar tissue, as I learned from the physical therapist. Todd showed me how to exercise effectively and to use gentle massage to reduce the swelling. I only had to go 3 times, but learned a great deal and feel much more confident that I can continue rehab on my own with the exercises I have been shown. Love PTSMC. I recommend them highly!

I have been very happy with the care I've received @ Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center in East Hampton. Everyone is friendly and professional. I never have to wait and my therapist, Tyler, is clearly experienced and knowledgeable. They are also very aware of sanitizing due to COVID-19 so I feel safe there.

Both my knees were replaced and I went to PTSMC East Hampton for 5 months, my main therapist was Tyler Neaf. PT is not supposed to be fun but this office proved it can still be enjoyable. The entire team from the front desk back are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is welcoming, bright, clean and well organized. The team Todd Cacopardo has assembled work flawlessly together and I highly recommend them for your recovery process.
