My experience at PTSM was outstanding. After 3 months at a different place, no relief at all. Within 2 weeks at PTSM my pain level went from a 10 to a 4. Amanda was amazing. Highly recommend.

I've only just Begun here at this. Therapy, place, the staff is so accompanied and very nice. The therapists are awesome and answer. All questions and I've never felt so comfortable so quickly. At a physician or therapy place before I highly recommend for all your therapy needs definitely rate this.A 10/10

Thank you to PTSMC staff and most especially to my physical therapist, Mike A. His help and encouragement helped me heal from a hip problem that I have had for the past 2 years. He never gave up on me and managed to get me back to climbing stairs, bending, and sitting. Most especially thank you, Mike, for getting me back to my walking routine. Four times a week for now but I know that I can get back to daily my daily walk in the future! To anyone looking for a great place for physical therapy, I highly recommend Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, 134 Main Street, Middletown. They treat their clients in a truly caring and professional manner!

Best therapist, assistant and student trainers. They are awesome at their job and they listen . I love the Hamden location it new and clean . They are like family . I have learned so much . I highly recommend them

Matt is an absolute pro. He is always punctual and attentive, and has a great understanding of the hamstring issues I was dealing with. Fortunately for me, he is a fellow longtime runner, so he can really relate to the need to balance rest and recovery with the desire to keep moving. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I would happily recommend this place to anyone in need of PT.

My experience here was excellent after my recent total knee replacement surgery. I had a complication that was painful and required extra treatment. Ted and his staff work together as a team WITH you. Special thanks to Keegan B who always listened carefully and came up with new exercises to keep the drills fresh and furthering each week’s progress. I’ve been to two other PT places in town, this place is far above what I experienced elsewhere!

I had an excellent experience with my physical therapist Theodore (Ted). From the very first visit, he made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my concerns. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping their patients improve. Every session was well-planned and tailored to my needs, and they took the time to explain each exercise so I understood the purpose behind it. Their encouragement and positive attitude made a big difference in my recovery and kept me motivated throughout the process. I’ve seen real progress thanks to their expertise and dedication. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physical therapist. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Virginia is absolutely wonderful. She has me doing some physical therapy exercises combined with electric stimulation along with heat pads on my back and I'm feeling much better. She isn't just "going through the motions" with me. Before she begins her session with me she will always ask if anything hurts and after leaving the last session did any discomfort begin. She's just a very nice person who is personable and very professional. I'm very happy she was assigned to be my physical therapist.

I’ve done physical therapy a few times here for different issues and each time has been a great experience. All the staff is nice and professional. I love working with Virginia. She is absolutely amazing :) I have done physical therapy at so many different places over the years and this place is by far the best.

All of the therapists that I’ve worked with here are very professional. I’ve made great progress in strengthening my core and my legs. The therapists show genuine interest in your progress. I look forward to attending my sessions here.

Ted is a fantastic physical therapist

PTSMC Branford is a terrific choice if you are seeking help with joints that are declining, or with recovery. I have sought their services for several years, and am now engaged in full time recovery from a knee replacement. Vika is offering incredible physical and mental support. I am so grateful for her professionalism, her magic hands, and her huge, compassionate heart. Five stars is not enough! All the staff is highly skilled and wonderful. Ted even was able to stop an episode of vertigo last year with two sessions! I highly recommend this group, and intend to seek their assistance if needed in the future for sure.
