My experience with PTSMC has been stellar. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean and spacious. I’ve done some mobility and strengthening for both my arm and leg with Dr. Devin and Dr. Cody and I’m starting to feel strong again. Great place all around.

I’m very happy with my treatment at PTSM Center in Avon. Cory Wolski is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my problem, performed thorough physical exams, and made the correct diagnosis. He also designed targeted exercises to support my recovery. This is my second time coming to this center for PT. I sustained an MCL injury two years ago from skiing, and with the help of physical therapy here, I fully recovered and was able to return to skiing last season with no issues. I’ve consistently had great experiences with everyone at this center. The front desk staff are always friendly and very helpful with scheduling, even accommodating last-minute appointments. I highly recommend this center to anyone in need of physical therapy.

PTSMCenters of Avon is the right choice for all ages. From HS athletes to Sr. Citizens, and in between, if you have suffered an injury that limits your ROM or makes movt painful and need physical therapy this practice is amazing. I suffered limited range of motion and constant pain from an accident. Getting here was the answer. Not only did my therapist come up with exercises for me that are extending my ROM and I have actual painfree hours if I stay in the range. Each session I see improvement in both of these areas, From your first call to the front desk scheduling, to your first meeting with your therapist you will be treated with respect, courtesy, competence and professionalism. I chose this practice and in less than 2 weeks I am making progress and have hope that I will recover completely. I owe it to my PT Kristin and the wonderful staff here.

I love this group! I've been to other PT centers where you go and just do exercises. Here, the therapist is hands-on and with you for half of the session. The massages on my legs allowed me to be able to move better. Then the exercises and stretches strengthened my muscles. I'd highly recommend this group!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Great environment and even better people! Have had chronic back pain for several months, wasn’t seeing any improvement until I implemented what was told here. Slowly feeling so much better!

Excellent staff and facility

My son was seen here and Tom is absolutely incredible! He's so patient and very informative. He was so helpful and my son said he made him feel like he actually cared about him and his health. I am so happy with Tom and his staff. We highly, highly recommend using this great business!!!

Physical Therapy at this facility is superior. I have used them before for a leg injury and now for a complete reverse right shoulder replacement. I am totally happy with the results I have achieved in a short time.

So pleased with the care I have received. Cody has really taken the time to listen to the issues I’m having and create a plan of healing that has been so beneficial. Everyone is so nice there, it’s very clean and I would recommend them highly.

I have used PT Select for a few years now. It is my go to place for physical therapy. I have always gotten the best therapist at the Avon site. I would never go anywhere else for therapy. 🙂

It’s a very very open wide beautiful place. Awesome Physical Therapy all the staff is wonderful. They help each other out very very friendly and they take their time on you. They don’t rush. I would highly recommend Physical Therapy 44 Dale Rd. in Avon Connecticut. They’re the best from my experience I still go. I’m doing very very well thanks to them, my physical therapist is Nicole . She is so wonderful. I love her thank you Carolyn Grady.

Love this place. The owner Tom K. is great and hands on. All the Staff and therapists are amazing, proficient and friendly. Great atmosphere including great conversation and a daily trivia challenge. Location has all the equipment, technology and space for recovery from minor pain to complex surgery rehabs. Massage, stretching, measuring, weight training, motion training, ice downs etc. I've had shoulder surgery and recently my 4th ACL knee reconstruction. So I’ve been to my fair share of rehab facilities. This place is top notch.

I experienced nothing short of professional excellence during an intense round of physical therapy at PTSMC. Laura is by far and away the best PT I’ve ever worked with—and sadly, since my soul’s love for outdoor adventure sports has not been historically empowered by my body’s suboptimal physical conditioning and clunky hand/eye coordination, the list that I’m judging Laura against, is quite lengthy… Laura has a great personality and genuinely cares for her clients, which makes the time fly.

Professional and caring. I highly recommend Keely Yarish. There is no cookie cutter treatment. It is designed specifically to your needs.

Cody has done a wonderful job in helping me strengthen my right foot Achilles. He is very dedicated to his profession and takes his job seriously. Physical therapy is largely up to the patient to follow through on the exercises demonstrated during therapy. Cody inspires you to be conscientious about keeping up with those exercises for your own sake — but also You don’t want to let him down.

Tom and his staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and professional yet friendly and great listeners. I always feel great when I leave there. The physical therapy has done wonders for the torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. My arm is stronger and the pain has become bearable.

Matt did a great job of getting my knee back to normal. In addition to the manipulation and exercises done in PT, he sent me home with printouts so I could do the exercises in between sessions. Everyone at this practice is helpful and friendly

I have been very happy with my experience at PTSMC. My physical therapist, Tom Kirsch, gives me individualized care every visit. He is knowledgeable. I have experienced improvement of my back pain over the past month. I feel confident that I will leave with an understanding of how to prevent and minimize future exacerbations of pain.

Wonderful staff . Very easy to make appointments, they worked around my daughter’s schedule and we had no waiting time so we were able to be in and out. Keeley has been amazing with my daughter explaining her injury, how to properly do her exercises and made a great plan that she was able to stick with.

Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers of Avon is a newly renovated, wonderful space for physical therapy. From the second floor windows, trees and sky provide a very relaxing view, while the positive attitude of the staff creates a relaxing atmosphere within. My physical therapist Keely has a compassionate and professional manner. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explains each activity and how it will improve my strength and range of motion. Keely and her team are caring and friendly - keeping the spirit high and instilling confidence. Thank you, Keely - you’re the best!

When I came to PT here, I was in pain. But not only in pain, I was a bit depressed thinking nothing will help. Thinking OMG I possibly never can hike, play tennis, go fishing, etc. anymore. The professionals,( my professional Shawn), was extremely kind and sympathetic as if he knew my situation. Over time he worked on all of my needs and I started to feel better, some relief at first. Then over time I became stronger. In conversations with him at times, he would say that my back was like a block of cement. Now look! My back is more flexible. I went from not being able to MOVE to lifting 45 pounds with no pain. I worked at it. I wanted to. And with the encouragement, coaching, understanding, kindness, fun, and utmost care from the staff to me, I was successful. Now I am going on to doing what they taught me at a gym. I will never forget my experience there. It changed my life. Bridget

I love this practice!! I've seen a lot of therapists in many different practices over the 20 years I've lived in CT. Everyone at this office from front desk to therapists to students are just so fantastic. They are friendly and actually make therapy fun! When I've had emergencies and need to reschedule appts. the front office is able to quickly get my appts rescheduled. I've worked with several therapists in this office for a variety of injuries...they are well trained in many techniques and practices. They are sensitive to their patients and work hands on to get you back to sport/regular routine. I am so grateful for the careful time and attention they give at each visit.

Positive and Beneficial: I have had a Super experience here. I was very, very skeptical about PT. Honestly, I still am but facts are facts and this treatment has made an enormous difference for me in a very beneficial way. Although at first very timid, I have been fortunate enough to experience needling and it works. The slightest discomfort during the process is well worth the relief, many times over. I can't get enough now and at first I was afraid. I also want to comment on the Team. It is so clear and so evident that the group working together is a cohesive, well tuned team that is very supportive not only of the patients but of each other. It is that camaraderie and team spirit that gives this group an advantage over others, in my opinion. I bet you agree if you go.
