Mallory Mason,
Director of Culture and Engagement

Mallory plays a crucial role in upholding the PT for Life culture by crafting strategies that enhance the employee experience aligned with PTSMC’s core values. Her primary goal is to boost and sustain employee engagement by organizing events and initiatives, encouraging feedback, and implementing necessary changes. Furthermore, she ensures that communication remains open for all employees. In addition, Mallory offers resources aimed at supporting employees in both their personal and professional growth, while connecting them with the right individuals to meet their specific needs.

Marilex Harwood,
DEI Lead

Marilex’s role is to lead diversity, equity and inclusion at PTSMC by recommending new initiatives, guiding implementation and providing education. From policy review, to training, to facilitating open forums, she continuously connects with employees to ensure PTSMC provides an environment where each person can show up as themselves whether they are an employee or patient. Her objective is to ensure the PTSMC DEI Commitment Statement is upheld.
