About Joan
As Director of Payer Relations, Joan oversees all contracting activities including identification and prioritization of contracts and rate negotiations to ensure all payer contracts and pricing parameters align with PTSMC guidelines.

Joan comes to PTSMC with 30+ years of healthcare contract management and negotiation experience. She also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the payer and utilization management side of the physical therapy industry. Joan loves a challenge, enjoys negotiating as well as educating and training in her field. She is also an avid golfer and loves spending time with her daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, Greta and Slade.
