Very friendly and very helpful. When my situation was not easily diagnosed, the therapist did plenty of research and testing for solutions they hadn't thought of. That attention to solving hard problems is becoming rare in the medical world.

Highly recommend the West Brook Center. It is a relaxed atmosphere, warm, friendly, compassionate and skillful to your needs. The front desk is pleasant and very accommodating.

I've been getting myself straightened up and pain free for 18 years. PTSMC in Guilford never fails. The PTs are professional and compassionate. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone works together to find solutions that work for each individual.

Everyone at PTSMC is super helpful, friendly, and compassionate, but at the same time extremely knowledgeable and professional. Rachel in particular is an extraodinary physical therapist and was able to pinpoint the exact type of exercises I needed to essentially eliminate my pain entirely (for the two different reasons I went there). I look forward to my PT sessions at PT&SM. From the time I enter the reception area until I leave, it is a positive experience. I'm greeted by name by the smiling ladies who check me in. MY session starts with having heat applied to the area that will be worked. I'm asked if I have any concerns or discomfort from the previous session. It then proceeds to some passive stretching, and then onto lying and standing exercises.Then the session is over. I'm encouraged to work on exercises at home. I haven't mentioned any of the staff by name, because I don't want to forget anyone. The PT staff is knowledgeable, and explain the purpose of all the exercises. The facility is clean,and bright. The staff all work well together.

Great people, clean facility, would recommend to anybody!
