My experience with this PT center has been outstanding. From the employees that work at the front desk to the person/persons who provides the pt. You feel very comfortable in this environment, they listen to your concerns, and they give you a workable plan to help you get better. I'm so glad I found this center, and I highly recommend it.

I Had been in a lot of pain, but with the help of PT. It really made a difference for the days I couldn’t get to PT . They gave me stretching that I could do at home which worked out perfect thank you for everything.it was a great experience

No waiting while your therapist treats others. Galen, the therapist who treated me, is super knowledgeable, friendly, and truly listens, keeping the patient's priorities in mind. Never had a better PT experience!

PT work is hard! While recouperating from knee surgery I had the opportunity to pick any PT company. PTSMC is pretty close to my home so I chose it. So glad I did. The ability to check in mobile, and my PT was always on time, not leaving me waiting. Such great advice, he gave me choices and listened to my concerns. Nate discussed the plan and we took it step by step first builing on the ability to stetch and move, then the strength and balancing came next. So pleased with my decision to use this company and location!

Kathryn is excellent! I have had a sports injury for 15+ years and have done PT in the past, but I’m getting better results here. Kathryn treated me as though she truly cares about getting me healed up and back into my sports/exercise routine. Also, the whole staff is excellent. Every person who works here, the Physical Therapists, front desk, and assistants, are all kind and they have a friendly/positive culture. It’s like getting PT at Trader Joe’s. PTSMC of Wallingford has amazing therapists who are able to pinpoint exactly what’s needed to get you back to your daily activities. I’ve been twice. Kenny was able to help me with my ankle, and Michelle’s work on my back relieved my lower back pain and got me up out of the recliner. Don’t hesitate to go to PTSMC!!

My husband and I have been seeing our amazing PT in Wallingford on and off for several years. Every time we restart, it’s because our surgeon or ortho has told us to just except living with pain. A year after his rotator cuff surgery, my husband was still not fully recovered, with ongoing pain and limited range of motion. His surgeon’s response was “it’s scar tissue, unfortunately, this is the best it will get.” He called M at PTSM who worked on his shoulder for an hour to release the fascia tissue affected by the surgery - he came home with full range of motion and pain free. You won’t always have 110% magical moments like this, but for us, M’s intuition, knowledge, expertise, hands-on skills, professionalism and caring approach have made a world of difference.

The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and make good care plans. It's easy to plan out your visits and the facility is clean and functional. I had heard from a few people before I scheduled how pleased they were with the service and I wholeheartedly agree!

MY 5 STARS ARE FOR HAMDEN OFFICE! My husband and I both love the Hamden office, the Therapist is amazing! We have been to the Wallingford one and it’s ok but in Wallingford the spend 10 minutes with you and then leave you to do your own PT. At the Hamden office he spends time with you throughout the whole appointment. He check to make sure you are doing the exercise the right way and he checks in and adjusts based on how you respond or feel. Hamden is the best office for us! Thank you!!!!

All the folks at PTSM in Watertown are well trained, knowledgeable and dedicated to making you healthy! They are patient and amiable , making the therapeutic sessions a breeze!

I don't know how they do it but every employee from the front desk to all the therapists to all the assistants know your first name on Day 1. The personal design to every exercise assigned to your needs is incredible. You know that the staff is dedicated to getting you back to your normal routines as soon as possible.

This place is wonderful. All the therapists are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I've experienced great results from my visits.

I have been receiving post operative treatment twice a week for 11 weeks now for a torn bicep and Rotator Cuff. Treatment has been very effective and my recovery has been a bit faster than normal. My surgeon was also impressed with the rate of recovery. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The facility is kept very clean and well equipped. Everyone is very friendly. I would recommend without hesitation.

Staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of Physical Therapy. They have many great therapists AND are able to accommodate the busiest of schedules. I have been there a couple times for different issues (back pain, hip tendinitis) therapy at this location has made a positive difference !!!

After two hip replacements and two rounds of physical therapy, I can honestly say the PTSMC in West Hartford played a big role in my recovery. The therapists are quite skilled, in particular, Stephany Rozsa, who worked with me on both occasions. I highly recommend this center for your recovery.
