I've been through three series of treatments for different muscle groups over the past few years and these people are fantastic! They give me no reason to look elsewhere. Good equipment, knowledgeable staff, and a very positive vibe!

I was having an issue steming from a fusion I had on my neck from c4 -T1 after speaking with pain management they suggested physical therapy I looked on line and found physical therapy and sports medicine on Depot street Watertown Ct I called and made an appointment and met with Kathryn a physical therapist in the office she was very pleasant and professional and came up with a stadigy for relieving the issues with my neck /back/shoulders I presently go twice a week and would highly recommend their services /definitely 👍👍

The open atmosphere and professionalism from all staff is paramount !! I’ve had Stephanie the last couple of injuries and her pinpoint accuracy and rehab plan is just amazing ! When I first came here I was a little weary about the open room concept, but came to love it and makes going to therapy actually enjoyable !! This is at the Watertown office !!

Modern, clean, nice place to get my body back in order. Staff is excellent from the desk staff to the therapists. Just great.

The physical therapy at physical therapy and sports medicine center of Watertown is awesome. The hands-on and personalized care is amazing. They spent lots of time manipulating my knee after surgery, helping me with my gait, and even using cupping to help me heal. They are responsive and their front office is wonderful. Roslyn and Sami are wonderful therapists, and Kevin and Dave were very persinable setting up and helping with exercises.

The New Haven office on 46 Prince street is amazing! The staff are very friendly and attentive and care about your health. Everyone, the therapist, the aides and front desk staff all work hard to meet your needs and make you as comfortable as possible when you are there. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone that needs care.

There employees are Great. Caring and just fun to be around as we strive to get better. I have 2 therapist assigned to me, Rosalyn and Stephanie both are extremely good.

Awesome staff. They are always friendly and polite. The physical therapist are great. If you need any type of physical therapy, high recommend them.

The team at Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is great! I have used them for several injuries over the years and have always had a successful recovery. I just finished my round of physical therapy with Steph. She is awesome at her profession!!! In addition to that the entire crew at PTSMC Watertown are very professional, friendly and helpful. I was always impressed with how well they all worked together. The schedule always seemed to be on time and definitely ran smoothly. They also have a cleaning protocol that is followed meticulously. PTSMC Watertown sets a high standard to be followed. I will confidently recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to Steph and the whole team for a very positive experience.

A pleasant , caring environment

I have been going to the Watertown location since 2006 and it has been the best Physical therapy place I’ve have ever been to. They don’t just help you heal your body they help heal your mind. They make it fun and I consider them an extension of my family. My husband and I are leaving the state to move closer to our children and I can truly say, I will miss them very much!!

Staff is friendly and professional. They take time to listen to patients concerns and they are very knowledgeable. Also, they are very up to date with new treatments. Front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend

The therapists and everyone at this facility is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have also been very understanding and accomodating of immune compromised clients and their needs.

I have been going to therapy for about 6 weeks and have noticed great improvements with my issue. Everyone at Physical therapy and sports medicine is friendly and knowledgeable. The front staff...Melissa, Sean and Cindy...greet everyone by name and are welcoming and helpful. The staff gets you in on time and go right to work on you. I don't believe I have ever seen such a happy place to work...everyone loves Pete and they have high standards of care which I attribute to his guidance and vision. A special shout out to my therapist Ali who has been taking care of me since day one. Even the music played there is great!!! I would highly recommend that if you need PT this is the best place to go. So glad I chose Physical therapy and sports medicine!!!!
