I received the finest care available after total knee replacement. The entire staff made me feel like my recovery was specific to what I needed. I never felt rushed or hurried, their patience was appreciated. The atmosphere is professional and also like you are with family. Thanks to Kendall and Adam for all your hard work on me, and to everyone for your kindness. I will be back.... hopefully not too soon.

I never thought I'd be sad at the thought of ending my physical therapy, but here I am. I had come to PTSMC from another practice and found more than I was looking for. The knowledge and expertise of the therapists is outstanding, but what mattered more was the overall vibe of the place. Sure, every business has its own culture but the lighthearted nature of PTSMC was what made coming back a pleasure. I got to know the staff, and felt more like I was visiting friends than going to a medical appointment. I've made a full recovery and would even say I'm better off than prior to my injury. My only negative feeling is that I won't get to see my friends anymore!

Kevin was great for everything!

I was hit from behind by a dump truck on the highway almost five years ago. I had three back operations and several procedures. Kevin and his team have been my physical therapists during this time. First, I am amazed how Kevin brings the best staff in to work with him. I have never had a bad experience at Plainville PTSM. Kelly is your first contact when you call or walk in. You automatically know you’re in good hands as she will look after you and will ensure you are set up with the right team members. It’s also great to see how the team respects her. After my last surgery, which was a back fusion, I was going to be assigned to Adam and Caleb. I walked in after this last surgery thinking I lost a part of my life I wouldn’t get back. I was also suffering with some nerve ramifications from the surgery. Both Adam and Caleb are outstanding. They listen to every word you say. They are compassionate and caring. They will address any concern you have. I look back and think that if I just went in and never opened up about what was bothering me, they would focus just on the doctors orders. It’s so important to let them know what your feeling when you’re going in. When I had my last appointment after three months of therapy, I told Caleb that when I came in here I was down both physically and mentally. I didn’t think I would get any quality of life back. I feel so good because of them. It doesn’t end there though. When Adam or Caleb were out, Kevin or Nick would step in. The quality of my therapy never suffered. The smell of bananas here isn’t a wallflower. It’s Kendall warming up her daily banana bread. Kendall and Isaac are two of the best techs that I had the pleasure of working with. They are super helpful and attentive to working with you and helping you with your exercises. I don’t normally leave reviews but it would be wrong not to with this team. Again they are amazing! Team, thank you again. I never thought I’d get where I am. Kevin, you run an amazing office and have the best team working for you!

I have been a patient of PTSM in Plainville for many years. When I was a runner and participated in agility with my dogs, the team kept me in top condition for my sport. They have always been excellent at their jobs, kind, professional and effective. Two and a half years ago I suffered a stroke due to an AVM. Since then I’ve participated in physical therapy with Kevin, Adam, Nick, and Caleb, fine therapists and wonderful people. I’ve also been assisted by Kendall, a super therapy aide. This experience has helped me achieve my post stroke goals ongoingly. From the minute I walk in the door, I am greeted by Kelly, an always pleasant and positive person who schedules my appointments and takes care of administrative matters. I also work with Ben, a therapeutic message therapist who is great at his craft. I highly recommend the entire staff.

Nick Salcedo is a great therapist! Very skilled and empathetic! If I need physical therapy again I am definitely going straight to Nick!

This Is Basia :) Today I started a physical therapy with Kevin for what we think is a herniated disc and some issues with hip mobility. I must say I was pretty impressed with how well I felt after an hour. Kevin is very knowledgeable and he was so good at keeping me in a good mood through the entire session even though I felt sad about the physical state I am in. A variety of light exercises was not painful and the electrostimulation was very pleasant. Thank you so much Kevin. I am looking forward to a session on Thursday. If you need PT the best place to go is Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers in Plainville. The therapists are well qualified, have experience from head to toe (my jaw and my foot), and work hard to have you achieve your goals while in a comfortable environment. The front desk staff and PT assistants go out of their way to keep your appointments and PT running smooth. I have gone there for years for different body parts and will continue to go as needed.

I’ve been seeing Adam and Kevin for neck and back pain after an accident, and I can’t say enough good things about them! After the collision, I was in so much pain I couldn’t even turn my head to the right—thanks to damage caused by the seatbelt. But with their help, I’ve seen major improvement. They’ve worked with me using a combination of deep tissue massages, at-home exercises they taught me, and dry needling. Over time, my mobility has gotten much better, and the pain is way more manageable now. What stands out most is how kind and down-to-earth both Adam and Kevin, the entire team for that matter! They genuinely care about their patients and getting them back to normal activity. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone dealing with pain or injury!

What’s not to love? I love this PT office. Kevin and all of his staff are amazing. It’s such a welcoming environment. They do such an amazing job. Even when I’ve had a rough day Kevin and his staff have known to cheer me up. I truly believe they are not just an office that gets your body right but your heart and mind. I recommend them to everyone now. My teenage daughter needed PT because of softball and with no questions this was the office to go. Also helped that they’re very familiar with softball and its injuries. His child is also a softball player which made me feel at ease because he can relate not just a professional but as a parent.

I so appreciate Kevin. Not only is he a great physical therapist, but he also just sits and with me about the issues I’m having as well as about other mundane things that are just fun to chat about! He also is able to think outside the box with suggestions about where some of my pain might be stemming from. I really appreciate that. I’m so happy I found him! Also, Kelly at the front desk… Goes above and beyond to be helpful always with a smile on her face and the most positive attitude I have seen in anyone! This goes such a long way with me. Again, I just appreciate everything about this place!

Great Staff

Kevin and his team are extremely knowledgeable and personal. There's always a relaxed and comfortable vibe during treatment. This is the place to go for injury or post operative rehabilitation.

Plainville PTSMC is the only place to go if you need physical therapy. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and friendly. Top notch professionalism and hospitality. They make you feel part of their family while helping you rehabilitate. Oh yeah and Adam is a rockstar. Can’t thank Adam and the Plainville PTSMC team enough!

If you need physical therapy I highly recommend this place they are very professional and courteous I had bad knee pain and within a few weeks of physical therapy my pain started to feel better you guys are awesome.

I'm very happy I choose to go to PTSMC office in Plainville. The staff is very friendly and they know their craft. Nathan is my PT, and he listens, provides suggestions for alternate exercises if something hurts. Most importantly he explains things as we work together and provides supportive encouragement. I have improved significantly since my first appointment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who may need PT.
