I cannot express my gratitude to Dave Plonsky. Having spent a year with sciatic pain and attempting to alleviate my pain through Orthopaedic injections, I was about to schedule back surgery. I had one session with Dave and after his assessment, he suggested that there might be muscle involvement instead of just nerve involvement. We proceeded with just two weeks of treatments. My pain level has gone from a 7-8 to a 2-3. AMAZING that I have had such improvement in such a short period of time! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Everyone on the staff is kind, professional, supportive, and genuinely caring. Danielle takes the time to explain everything, encourage progress, and make each therapy session comfortable and positive. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise of the therapists and staff. Quinn for the win! Everyone else too. The front desk, supportive staff and surrounding PT's were always pleasant and cheerful. I was there twice a week for 5-6 months post surgery for meniscal root repair. Quinn knew exactly how to help me fully recover with a mix of humor and expertise. Also, I recently went back to Quinn for dry needle treatment on my deltoid & rotator muscle as well as popliteus muscle in my calf. These are nagging injuries from working out i've had for over a year. I am totally healed! PTSMC gets a 5 out of 5 for me!

Steve Platt is a very skilled and kind provider. His advice and dry needling put me on the path to recovery. Many excellent therapists at this location.

I had severe shoulder and neck pain and was prescribed a physical therapy. I felt I had made a right decision to go PTSMC at Guilford. The therapist David and other assistants were very professional and supportive. In the first visit David explained what might have happened in my neck and arm, and discussed the plan with me. In the next several weeks my therapy went very well, with significant improvements in my physical condition. Most importantly, I learned to have a healthy routine to overcome with some occupational bad habits. Highly recommend this center.

My therapist, Dave, first diagnosed my situation and then built a course of treatment. During the first few visits he assigned me exercises to relieve pain and improve flexibility. After achieving this milestone, we began a regimen of improving strength in the affected areas. I am very pleased with the results. I found their staff to be talented and very friendly.

Though skeptical at first, I was very impressed with the experience. I like to do PT on my own, in my own home, but spending time with these professionals is definitely a plus. Friendly, on time, and quite professional.

A great experience from initial call to schedule sessions to the actual PT. Courteous, friendly, empathetic and thorough, Liz was right there every step of the way to put me through my paces. Can't recommend these guys enough.
