This is an excellent physical therapy practice. Every person I have encountered over the past 2 months have been competent, caring, courteous and dedicated to my physical and emotional health. I continue to see positive results with every session.

I've had physical therapy through other facilities referred by my physicians, but PTSMC in Guilford , by far, exceeds them all. Quinn is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable & extremely professional. Sadly, I've had a few injuries over the years and each one he has gotten me back to full range of motion & strengthened the areas needed. The entire staff is wonderful. I highly recommend them.

This office has such an amazing team! This is my 3rd round of physical therapy with PTSMC and wouldn’t go anywhere else, everyone always is so pleasant, so knowledgeable and professional. After going to a regular PT and not having much improvement, I came to Steven for help after spinal surgery. Having chronic lower back pain and lingering nerve issues, he has strengthened my core and legs in a matter of weeks. I came in feeling like a second surgery was going to be my only next option, but now I feel hopeful that continuing here I can actually have a chance of healing my back with Steven and his crew. They also make it fun and I look forward to my appointments every week! Highly, highly recommend!

Ptsm in my eyes is the best place around. Steven and his team are great. Very personable and alot of guidance thru your treatment. Warm atmosphere with alot of smiles .I gladly give them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone that wants there life back . A very crucial step especially after a surgery. I had a tkr and without them I wouldn't be bending and stretching after 4 weeks like I am.

The business is clean and well organized. The front end staff are so friendly and helpful. They are a true pleasure to deal with. When it comes time for your treatment PT assistant comes to greet you in the waiting area, walks you to your first machine and your session begins. Very nice touch. Once in the Physical therapy area you find that you are very good hands. Assistants guide you through your routine and once completed set you up for treatment with the doctor. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Very nice place, you shouldn't be disappointed.

I have been so happy with my therapy at PTSMC. Steve runs the place perfectly with everyone working together and involved with each patient. Lexi has been patient and supportive keeping me on track. The music is good and the chalkboard questions are always a good way to spend time there.

This is a wonderful place for physical therapy. The environment is bright and pleasant, and the staff are the same! Conner provided me with a comprehensive program of exercises, always delivered with patience, competence, and good humor. In spite of the hard work, I truly enjoyed my visits and highly recommend the center. Thanks so much!

Having needed Physical therapy after a hip replacement, (my second) I can say unequivocally it is the best Physical therapy I’ve ever had. The staff is very kind and patient. They explain everything in detail and why the exercise they’re giving you is the best one ,they’re always on time for your appointment. Hello, when I needed Therapy for my right knee, This was the only place that took me on their next appointment ASAP, and its close to my work and home. the staff is helpful and very nice. I am seeing them again for my other knee after surgery.

They provide a professional, friendly, and relaxing environment. They are fully trained to help you recover from your injuries. They discovered reasons, that I was unaware of, for my own injuries.

I've been to several physical therapists over the years. The people here have a genuine interest in working with me to improve my pain. The facility is very clean and everyone is very nice and helpful.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing, very friendly, and professional. Miranda helped my teenager out a lot with her physicaltherapy, and I'd have to bring my 1 1/2 year old with us sometimes, and all of the staff welcomed my baby and even helpes kept her intertained sometimes when she was fussy!! Beautiful people all around :)
